I do not believe in diets. Not all the people have the will to maintain a diet at the foot of the letter, by the time indicated and then run a plan to maintain the results.
Those who we are accustomed to eat indiscriminately, without worry about what we eat, usually have serious problems for eating a diet, much less to achieve the desired results of a permanent basis. There are to be realistic and honest with ourselves.
My view is that we must start changing our eating habits, with small changes to which we can go itself comfortably and without stress, and then go making major changes, until they have achieved a permanent change in our customs to feed.
For example, could start doing some of the following things:
1. Take only skim milk, instead of whole milk or semi-skim.

3. Avoid all fried foods. Everything that can be frying, it can also be grilling, cooking in the oven or microwave or make on the grid (what I swear).
4. Change the white sugar by brown sugar or Splenda.
5. Avoid and try to suspend, junk food and the meals of fast food restaurants. Generally are made with materials of the worst quality, oil requeteutilizado, and a lot animal fat.
6. Avoid the desserts, and when they feel many wishes to eat something sweet, drunk natural fruit juices (without sugar) or frosty (semi-frozen), a fruit punch, a granola or a stick of proteins.
